Frequently asked questions
Getting started
What do I get for free?
The whole scorecard, in under 2 minutes: your score out of 100, twelve scores that each point at the slides behind them, how the deck opens and closes, an investor checklist for fundraising decks, and the one change that would make the biggest difference. Nothing in it is held back. The rebuilt deck is the paid part.
How many free scorecards do I get?
5 per account by default. One that fails does not count. If you have a real reason to need more, ask.
Do I need a card to start?
No. An email address and a password. A card only comes in when you buy the rebuild.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, one deck. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
Does it work for sales decks, or only pitch decks?
Both. When you upload, you say whether you are pitching investors or customers, and what kind of customer. PMOC weighs what that room cares about: an enterprise buyer and an investor do not want the same deck.
What can I upload?
PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF, in English. Word documents are not accepted. If your deck is in another language, ask; we would rather tell you than score it badly.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Each person signs up and uploads their own decks. If you are putting a whole sales team through it, get in touch: there is an API, and better arrangements than buying one package at a time.
The rebuild
What do I get for $100?
Your deck rebuilt as a new PowerPoint in your own design, with speaker notes on every slide. A slide-by-slide note on what changed and why. The full written analysis, as a Word document you can share. And a list of every number the rebuild added, for you to confirm before you present. One payment, one deck. $100 is a launch price, for a limited time.
How long does it take?
About 20 minutes for most decks. A deck over 20 slides takes about 25 to 35 minutes as PowerPoint, or 30 to 60 as PDF. Occasionally a person gives the deck a final check first, which can take up to one business day. We email you when it is ready.
Will it still look like our deck?
Yes. It keeps your brand, your colours, your images and your layout, so it looks like your company and not like a template. What changes is the order, the headlines, where the proof sits and which numbers get to be big. It is a PowerPoint you can keep editing.
Can someone else present it?
Yes, that is what the speaker notes are for. Every slide comes with notes on what to say and why the slide is there, so a rep who did not build the deck can still present it well.
Will it put numbers in my deck I have never seen?
Not without telling you. Figures from your deck are checked against public sources, and the sources are shown. Any number the rebuild adds, including an example figure for you to replace with your own, goes on a short list for you to confirm before you present. To check a figure, the rebuild may read a public web page. The model chooses the page, its address can include words or figures from your deck, and the site sees our server's address and the page requested. The free scorecard does not use the web.
Will I see my score go up?
When the rebuild clearly improves the deck, yes: it is scored the same way as your scorecard, and you see the before and the after. When it does not clearly move, you see nothing new. We do not promise a number in advance.
Why might the rebuild score the deck differently from the scorecard?
The scorecard is a fast first read. The rebuild reads every slide again in depth, so its scores can differ by a few points. The full analysis is the one to rely on.
What if it is wrong about my deck?
Tell us what it got wrong and we will refund that package. The example is worth more to us than the payment.
Can I get the scorecard now and the rebuild later?
Yes. Files are kept for 30 days after the last run by default, then deleted, and after that you upload the deck again. Your scores stay in your history either way.
Your files and your data
Who sees my deck?
A Claude model reads it, running on AWS Bedrock and called from our own AWS account. AWS stores neither what we send the model nor what comes back, and Anthropic, who make the model, never receive it at all. Beyond that: AWS for the servers, the storage and the email, Paddle for payments, and the people who run the service. The trust page has the full detail.
Is my deck used to train an AI model?
No. Not Anthropic's, not Amazon's, not anybody's. Inputs and outputs are not shared with model providers and are not used to improve the models. This is the single most common reason a deck does not get uploaded to a tool like this one, so it is worth reading the trust page rather than taking one sentence for it.
How do I delete my data?
From your account, at any time: one analysis or all of them. It happens immediately, after you type a confirmation phrase, and you get an email listing exactly what was removed. Billing records are kept, because they are financial records, and the screen says so before you confirm.
What happens if I do nothing?
Everything is deleted for you 30 days after your last run finishes, by default, and we email you three days before it happens.
Does deleting my data close my account?
No. Those are separate. Closing an account is a request to us.
