The questions people ask before they pay
How many free scorecards?
5 per account by default. One that fails does not count. If you need more for a genuine reason, ask and we will usually raise it.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, one deck. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
Can I buy the rebuild later?
Yes. Get the scorecard today and the full package next week. Files are kept for 30 days after the last run by default, then deleted, and after that you upload the deck again. Your scores stay.
What if it is wrong about my deck?
If the full package is plainly wrong about your deck, tell us what it got wrong and we will refund it. We would rather have the example than the money.
A whole team, or a whole portfolio?
If you are putting a sales team's decks through it, or an accelerator's or a fund's, there is an API and there are better arrangements than buying one package at a time. Get in touch.
How do I pay?
By card, through Paddle, our merchant of record. Your card details go to Paddle and never touch our servers, and you are charged once per package.
