How it works
Two steps from a deck that loses the room to one that wins it.
Step one tells you where the deck loses the room. It is free and takes under 2 minutes. Step two fixes it: the deck rebuilt in your own design and ready to present, in about 20 minutes.
Both steps run on one method, the one in the name: how people actually decide, turned into twelve things every deck can be measured on.

Get the scorecard
Upload the deck and tell PMOC who you are pitching: investors or customers, and what kind. That changes what matters. An enterprise buyer expects to hear about security; a consumer audience does not.
Under 2 minutes later you have the scorecard. One number out of 100. Twelve scores, each showing the slide that earned it or lost it. How the deck opens, how it closes, and whether it ever makes its case. And the one change that would make the biggest difference, written out so you could make it yourself.
Overall score Fundraising decks also get an investor checklist: problem, team, market, traction, the ask, and the rest of what investors look for. 5 free scorecards by default. Rewrite, re-upload, and watch the number move.

Rebuild it
The method, applied to your deck.
One payment and PMOC rebuilds the deck. It keeps your brand, your colours and your layout, and reworks what is on the slides: the order, the headlines, where the proof sits, which numbers get to be big. You get a PowerPoint you can open and keep editing, with speaker notes on every slide.
With it comes a slide-by-slide note on what changed and why, and the full written analysis to share with whoever else is presenting.
Every number is accounted for. Figures from your deck are checked against public sources, with the sources shown. Anything the rebuild added is flagged for you to confirm before you present.
When the rebuilt deck is done, it is scored the same way as your scorecard. If the rebuild clearly improved it, you see the before and the after.
About 20 minutes for most decks. Over 20 slides, about 25 to 35 minutes as PowerPoint and 30 to 60 as PDF. Occasionally a person gives the deck a final check first, which can take up to one business day. We email you when it is ready.
Tested head to head
Why we are confident it works.
We gave ChatGPT and Claude the same real decks PMOC rebuilt, then had independent AI reviewers compare the results blind. This is how often they picked PMOC's deck.

The things people ask before they upload
How long does it take?
Under 2 minutes for the scorecard, about 20 for the rebuild. You do not have to watch: we email you, and it is waiting in your account.
Can I buy the rebuild later?
Yes. Scorecard today, rebuild next week. Files are kept for 30 days after the last run by default, then deleted, and after that you upload again. Your scores stay.
Which decks does it take?
PowerPoint or PDF, in English. Sales decks and investor decks both: you say which when you upload.
Is it a subscription?
No. The full package is a one-off payment for one deck. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
What happens to my file?
It is read by a model on AWS Bedrock, called from our own AWS account, so nothing you upload is stored by AWS or seen by the company that makes the model. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, deleted on a clock, and deletable by you at any moment. The specifics are on the trust page.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Upload the deck as it stands. A deck that has been polished for the tool is a deck you have not learned anything about.
The scientifically proven method to build a presentation your audience cannot resist.
Step one takes 2 minutes.
Upload the deck and see where it loses the room. The rebuild is one payment behind it.
